These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rapid Recycle website and services. By visiting our website, scheduling a pickup, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Rapid Recycle is operated through our parent company, Debri Tech, Inc., and provides recycling and material pickup services to residential, commercial, and community customers.

Scope of Services

Rapid Recycle provides recycling and pickup services for electronics, appliances, metals, and other approved materials, subject to availability, service area limitations, and operational constraints. Services may be offered to individual residents, homeowner associations, businesses, or community organizations.

All services are scheduled by date only, not by a specific pickup time. While we make reasonable efforts to complete pickups within the scheduled service day, exact pickup times are not guaranteed. Drivers may contact customers on the day of service to provide an estimated pickup window when feasible.

Rapid Recycle reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or modify services if items presented for pickup are unsafe, prohibited, improperly prepared, or materially different from what was disclosed at the time of booking.

Scheduling and Booking

Pickup requests may be scheduled through our website or other authorized booking channels. Availability is limited and subject to daily capacity, service routes, holidays, and operational considerations.

Certain customers or service areas may be restricted to specific service days. Once daily capacity is reached, that date will no longer be available for booking.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, pickup addresses, and item descriptions at the time of booking. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of service.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to prepare items for pickup in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of booking. Unless otherwise specified, items must be placed at the curb, driveway, or designated pickup location by the morning of the scheduled service day.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are accessible, safe to handle, and free from hazards. Rapid Recycle is not responsible for delays or missed pickups caused by inaccessible locations, locked gates, pets, vehicles blocking access, or items not being placed out as instructed.

Fees and Payments

Certain services require payment at the time of booking. All fees are clearly disclosed during the scheduling process.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Rapid Recycle does not store full payment card details and is not responsible for issues arising from payment processor systems outside of our control.

All fees are subject to change. Pricing in effect at the time of booking will apply to that service.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Customers may cancel or reschedule a pickup in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. Failure to cancel within the allowed timeframe, or failure to have items properly prepared for pickup, may result in forfeiture of fees or additional charges.

Rapid Recycle reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather conditions, vehicle issues, staffing constraints, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Prohibited and Restricted Materials

Certain materials may not be accepted due to safety, regulatory, or environmental restrictions. These may include, but are not limited to, hazardous waste, chemicals, explosives, or items prohibited under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing the items to be picked up. Rapid Recycle may refuse service or leave items behind if prohibited materials are presented.

Environmental Compliance

Rapid Recycle is committed to responsible recycling and environmental compliance. Collected materials are handled in accordance with applicable state and local regulations. However, Rapid Recycle does not guarantee the specific downstream processing method for every material collected.

Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Rapid Recycle makes no guarantees that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Limitation of Liability
